Courageous Mums Following Their Heart So Their Children Can Thrive
Mums - where would we be without them?
In history, long-forgotten and intentionally concealed women were master healers and fiercely protected. They create life; without them, we wouldn't be here.
Optimal expression of our true selves occurs when we have a healthy balance of the divine feminine and sacred masculine. As we constantly evolve through this transformative time on earth, more and more of us are coming into balance (which is exciting!).
Two courageous goddesses, Sarita and Sheree, are pulsating these divine balanced energies.
Sarita, a trailblazer and intuitive mum, went on a 9-month digital detox with her son!
Working with the chief designer of the iPhone, Jony Ive and seeing his kids with no devices ignited Sarita to implement her momentous experiment. As you can imagine, it was no easy task!
Here is one of the ways Sarita could prioritise her son's phone addiction.
We talk about the challenges of living and working with people who are constantly on the phone and on the go, as well as the repercussions this has on families and the work they create.
The schooling system was created to turn the population into employees (rather than entrepreneurs) and people who constantly buy things they don't need (consumers). This is made possible by the global marketing machine of TV and social media. It's easy to notice you're being taken advantage of when you know how it all works .
May this chat with Sarita increase your awareness about the digital era we find ourselves in and offer suggestions for creating a population of open, aware, heart-centred beings.
Radical responsible mum Sheree shares how prioritising the safety and health of her children meant leaving their home (and state) when she was 36 weeks pregnant!
Sheree encourages us to honour those who have consciously taken on parenting, the importance of active parenting and objectively evaluating personal experiences to find a better approach for your children and family.
Together, we highlight the importance of following your intuition and heart when making decisions for your family - practising family values and putting family first.
In the past, we've found that as humans grow older, they generally disconnect from their intuition and lose control of their lives. This doesn't have to be the case moving forward! We are on the right track to becoming braver in following our hearts for what is best for ourselves and our families.
Be inspired by Sheree...
This world we're creating for kids will "trust that parents and children will find the paths that work best for them - without depending on educational institutions, publishing companies, or experts to tell them what to do" (Earl Stevens, The Unschooling Unmanual).
Increasing your own awareness and doing inner work is really important and beneficial before making changes to improve your family and work life. Be gentle and kind to yourself throughout this process .
We at Healthy Whole Humans have chosen to reimagine a new way forward, to create a better world for kids. Spread the word!
With love
