‘For The Kids, By The Kids’ Series #1 with Milana & Tasia
In Japan, they use a philosophy called kaizen, which is about continuous improvement, emphasising that it best happens when the people on the floor doing the work are making suggestions for improvement. The kids are in the classrooms; let's ask them what advice they have to improve how to learn.
Kaizen also translates to "good change." Quite perfect.
Kids know what they need to be healthy whole humans.
They are born with it (as we all are); they know what they need and when.
This series of interviews allows kids to tell us what they want and how we, as adults, can create a better world for them.
We hope you listen with love and an open heart.
“There is widespread understanding among the young that school isn’t about them (and their interests, curiosities and futures) but exclusively about the wishes of other people.”
