(I’ve put 8 yrs as a guideline as each child is unique to grow and learn at their own pace. If you feel your little human will enjoy being part of the group, come along or give me a call.)
Term 1: $165 (includes 1 big and 1 small human)
$30 for every additional human over 7 years old

WEEK 1
Wednesday February 12th
The wheel represents your ‘whole’ self and the different areas of your life. Create your own wheel, showing how you feel in each area and finding simple ways to grow, feel better, and be healthier.
Wednesday February 19th
We'll look at foods that nourish our bodies, and the other factors that make up healthy nutrition - it's not only the food that's on your plate that contributes to health and wellbeing.
Wednesday February 26th
Physical exercise is only one way you can move. Explore the different ways to connect with your body as a tool to tap into your emotions and creativity.
Wednesday March 5th
We're a tribal bunch us humans. We have a biological need to belong, to be a part of something other than just oneself. When you feel loved, supported and safe, you go out into the community as whole, joyful humans.
Wednesday March 12th
Everyone has the opportunity to discover their true self in their own way. Your life is your creation! Through creativity and play continuously remember and discover who you truly are. Everything you need you already have within you.
Wednesday March 19th
Life is an adventure, you'll forever be a student. Life stops when you stop engaging in it. Fulfillment comes from actively participating in all of life. Courage and perspective are tools to help you face the present and future with love and curiosity.

Absolutely! These workshops are for big and small humans to connect and spend quality time together. Big humans will get just as much out of the sessions as the little humans. Also each parent/guardian is entirely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their child/children.
In small groups you’ll learn tools they don’t teach in school! You’ll be taking time and giving the opportunity to focus on you and your child’s curiosity, creativity and connection! I’ll be sharing a variety of healthy, holistic tools and information that you and your family can use right away. These are life skills and tools you’ll be able to use again and again.
Where possible we’ll do our best to slot you into a future makeup class.
In the situation where Healthy Whole Humans need to cancel/postpone a workshop class, a makeup class will be provided.
